SIELD Kits Use A #200E Spray Gun w/ Disposable Tips #BLT201E

ONE KIT INCLUDES:

• (4) 750ml Bed liner
• (4) 250ml Activator
• 1 Kit Covers 130 ft

SURFACE PREPARATION:

• Remove all loose material and rust from surface to be coated
• Surface needs to be thoroughly cleaned with soap and water and/or degreaser
• Sand surface with 120-180 grit or nylon cup brush
• Re-clean surface with Wax & Grease Remover, dry with clean towel
• Bare metal, aluminum and galvanized areas need to be primed with 1K Etch Primer or Epoxy Primer
• Use adhesion promoter on fiberglass and plastic

APPLICATION:

1. SIELD Uses A #200E Spray Gun w/ Disposable Tips #BLT201E
2. MIX activator into bedliner container
3. SHAKE vigorously for 3 minutes
4. SPRAY at 30-65 PSI after attaching Schutz gun

Different textures can be achieved by varying distance and air pressure. Always spray test a test panel first to achieve desired results.

SHIELD can be safely applied to many surfaces including:

• STEEL
• CURED CONCRETE
• ALUMINUM
• FILLER/PUTTY
• WOOD
• SMC
• EPOXY PRIMER
• FIBERGLASS
• OEM PAINT

DRYING TIME:

• 3-5 hours when air dried or 30 minutes when force dried at 120ºF

TCI recommend applying two coats of SHIELD. No more than three coats should be applied. 1 Coat: 9 mil 2 Coats: 15 mil 3 Coats: 20 mil These are estimates and are dependent on the application method
